What data we collect

When you submit an inquiry or RFP through this website, we collect the information you provide voluntarily: name, email, phone, company, message, and any RFP fields you complete (region, headcount, service requirements, dates).

We do not run third-party advertising trackers. The site uses only essential first-party storage to remember your cookie-banner acknowledgement.

How we use it

Inquiry data is used to respond to your request, prepare a quote or capability brochure, and follow up. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties for marketing.

Retention

We retain inquiry data for 24 months after the last interaction, after which it is deleted from our records. Active commercial relationships are subject to the retention requirements of Kazakh law.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, request correction, or request deletion. Send requests to info@kanagat.kz and we will respond within 30 days.

Form processing

Form submissions are delivered via Formspree (a US-based processor). When you submit a form, your form data passes through Formspree before reaching our inbox. Formspree's privacy policy governs that transit. We process and store the final inquiry on our own systems.

If we update this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for 30 days.
